CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We regret that you may not cancel an order once your order is shipped.

If a customer finds anything wrong with the quality of the product, we will verify it first and the product will be re-placed, or the customer will be entitled a full reimbursement.

If the wrong product was sent by the merchant, or the product is defective, or the product was damaged in shipping, or the product is tampered the customer can complain about it, our customer service staff will see into the matter and provide the appropriate solution to resolve the issue.

The customer can cancel any payment where fraudulent use has been made of his/ her credit or debit card by another person.

If the customer cancels the order 2 days before the delivery date, he/ she will get a full refund but Please Note that there will be a deduction of 7% from the total payment on refund as “Online Processing charges & Bank Charges” . Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Our customer service staff are trained, and they will always listen for your complain and problem and will resolve it as soon as possible.

No complaints will be taken after 24 hours of delivery.

If the order is out for delivery but did not reach destination we will contact the driver to cancel the delivery, but we will not be able to provide a refund of the product due to the vulnerability and quality of the fresh products used.
